If you have already been assigned a guest PIN or a registered user CODE by UPAC, please click the Forgot PIN menu at the left to search for your sign-in information using your email address (if we have one on file for you) or contact UPAC Technical Support at 800-877-7848 extension 1555 or email techsupport@upac.com.

A PIN provides Guest access to upac.com for learning more about UPAC and exploring the features of our web site. If you finance your insurance through UPAC, or if you are an insurance agency, carrier, general agency or broker doing business with UPAC, you have been assigned a registered user CODE and password for access to your UPAC account information.

Guest access to our site is restricted. Please tell us a little about yourself to apply for a guest access PIN. There is no obligation or requirement other than the fields marked with an asterisk (they are required information). Per the UPAC Privacy policy (click the link at the bottom of this page for details), this information will not be divulged to anyone outside of UPAC. Your access credentials will be sent to you by email so please make sure you enter a valid email address.
