Information Collection and Use
UPAC collects information from our users at several different points on our website. UPAC
is the sole owner of that information. We will not sell, share, or rent this information
to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Registration
In order to use this website, you must first register by completing the
Internet Access Request Form or by entering into a Premium Finance Agreement through UPAC.
During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email
address). This information is used to contact you about the services on our site for which
you have expressed interest. We do not collect personal demographic information (such as
income level and gender) or unique identifiers (such as social security number).
Quoting
We request information from the user on our quoting form. Here a user must
provide contact information (like name and billing address) and insurance information.
This information is used for billing purposes and to fill insureds requests. If we
have trouble processing a quote, this contact information is used to get in touch with the
user or the insured.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing information
about you. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable
information while on our site. Once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates.
By setting a cookie on our site, you do not have to log in with a password on more than
one page. If you set up your browser to reject cookies, you will not be able to use our
site. None of our business partners use cookies on our site.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, and track
users movements for aggregate reporting. IP addresses are not linked to personal
information.
Sharing
We may share aggregated usage information with our partners and advertisers.

Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site may request information from users via surveys or
contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you

information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the
winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything
in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users information, not
just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only

clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to that information.
Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.
Finally, the servers that we store information on are kept in a secure environment, in an
interior-access-only locked room.

Supplementation of Information
In order for this website to properly fulfill its obligation to you, our
customers, it is necessary for us to supplement the information we receive with
information from 3rd party sources. For example, we may use names and telephone numbers to
request credit reports. Once we determine a users credit-worthiness, this document
is destroyed.
Special Offers
We send all new Agencies a welcoming email to verify password and username.
Established agencies will occasionally receive information on products, services and
special offers.. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not
receive these types of communications.
Site and Service Updates
We also send site and service announcement updates. Users are not able to
un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the
service. We communicate with you to provide requested services and in regards to issues
relating to your account via email, fax or phone.
Correction/Updating Personal Information:
If your information changes (such as your address), or if you no longer desire
our service, we will provide a way to correct, update or remove your data provided to us.
This can usually be done at the account information page or agency options page or by
calling Customer Service at 1-800-877-7848 or emailing UPAC Customer Support,

Users of our site are always notified when their information is being collected by any
outside parties. We do this so you can make an informed choice as to whether you should
proceed with services that require an outside party, or not. If you no longer wish to
receive promotional materials from our partners, you may opt-out of receiving these
communications by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email or email us at

Notification of Changes
UPAC does not plan to change our privacy policy. However, should we decide to
change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our sign-in page so you are
always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances,
if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use information in a manner different
from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you by way of an email and a
notice on the web site. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your
information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the
